A follow-up session is a one-on-one phone or video consultation for returning clients who’ve already completed the Baby Sleep Workshop. Book a session any time you're looking for a personalized check-in or navigating a new developmental stage—I'll help you adjust to schedule changes, work through regressions, or simply provide a bit of extra guidance as things evolve.

  • What's the difference between the follow-up session and the extended support option?

    The Follow-up Session is a one-on-one phone or video call (whichever you prefer) where I offer a personalized consultation or help you apply my method to your baby's next stage of development. This is separate from both the standard support and the extended support option, which are limited to text or WhatsApp and do not include a phone or video call. Check out the Premium Bundle for a much more comprehensive option.
