We offer a beautiful virtual gift card which upon purchase will be sent to the recipient via email.

The process is quick and easy—just a few simple steps:

  1. Fill out the form below, including your own information as well as the full name and email address of the recipient.

  2. Choose gift card type:

    • The Baby Sleep Workshop ($350)
    • The Baby Sleep Workshop + Extended Support ($475)
    • The Premium Sleep Bundle (includes 6 months of personal guidance) ($1000)

    The standard worskhop comes with built-in follow-up text or WhatsApp support (1 week, or 2 weeks for first-time parents or for twins) to help each client begin putting the methods into practice with confidence.

    The Extended Support option adds an additional 3 weeks of text or WhatsApp support, helping clients stay consistent, troubleshoot challenges as they come up, and integrate the methods into their daily routine.

    The Premium Sleep Bundle offers our most comprehensive package, including the main workshop, the Father's Support session, and continued training as the baby transitions to later stages of development. It also includes 6 months of concierge support, with bi-weekly (every other week) one-on-one phone check-ins, and unlimited text/WhatsApp support.

  3. The workshop is offered via phone or video call and can be taken from anywhere. In-person sessions (additional $100) are also available in select Los Angeles areas—typically within 90035 and 90036 zip codes— as scheduling allows.

    If the recipient is located near this part of Los Angeles, you can request the in-person workshop by selecting that option below, and entering the recipient's street address and zip code. We'll check availability and follow up with you.

  4. We will review all the information with you for accuracy. That's it! The gift card will be sent to the recipient's email as a gift in your name, along with a brief introduction to our program and all the information they need to set up the workshop!

  • Where in Los Angeles are in-person workshops currently offered?

    The in-person workshop (additional $100) is generally available within Los Angeles zip codes 90035 and 90036. If you're located in the vicinity but outside this area, you're still welcome to request the in-person option—we'll check your location and let you know if we can make it work.

  • What sort of follow-up support is included after the workshop is over?

    The workshop includes one week of follow-up support (two weeks for a first baby) via text or WhatsApp, with an optional extended support upgrade. While I'm not available 24/7, I do my utmost to respond within 24 hours. Please note that support is unavailable from Friday afternoon through Saturday evening.

  • What is included in the extended support option?

    The extended support upgrades the post-workshop text/WhatsApp support from the standard 1 week to 4 weeks. For first baby or twins, support is extended from 2 weeks to 5 weeks.

  • What is included in the Premium Sleep Bundle?

    The Premium Sleep Bundle is an all-inclusive bundle, complete with the Baby Sleep Workshop, Father's Support Session, and continued transition support training through further stages of your baby's development. You'll also receive six months of individualized guidance with bi-weekly 30-minute phone check-ins and unlimited text/WhatsApp support.
